Direct Primary Care Services
Dr. Washington provides direct primary care services to select patients in the Memphis, TN metropolitan area in person and via telemedicine at Graham Primary Healthcare in West Memphis, Arkansas.
Direct pay and insurance billing available.
Patient Advocacy Services
Dr. Washington provides patient advocacy services to individuals all across the country to assist in navigating the complexities of the healthcare system taking the time to insure understanding and empowering them to manage their own care. Services include review and discussion of medical records, medication review, communication with the medical team, and research on diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. These services are customizable by request. A 15-minute complimentary consultation is offered by clicking below.

Medical-Legal Consulting
Medical Expert
Dr. Washington provides medical expert case review, deposition, and testimony in internal medicine, pediatrics, and hospitalist medicine. The case will be reviewed interpreted such that medical terminology and technical language is easily understandable by persons without medical training. Dr. Washington is experienced in medical malpractice claims including but not limited to misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis, failure to diagnose, medication errors, and administrative errors.

Litigation Support
Dr. Washington provides litigation support services for physicians named in medical malpractice cases. Services include case review, deposition preparation, and stress management resources.

Physician Elite Coaching Services
Dr. Washington provides elite coaching services through Beyond the Exam Room University. She is skilled in assisting physicians with negotiations of career transitions, critical wins for career and life.
The services by Dr. Washington do not constitute legal advice. A licensed attorney in the state of proposed employment with experience in physician contracting should be sought prior to contract execution.

Medical Necessity Reviews and Appeal Letters
Denial of payment for medical services can cause undue stress in those seeking medical care. Often, the medical providers are responsible for drafting and submitting letters of appeal for the health plan carrier. Patients can also be empowered to seek appeals if the health plan considers the treatment not medically necessary.
This service includes a minimum 2- hours of medical document review and 1-hour of letter drafting. Services exceeding 3 hours will be charged additional fee based on an hourly rate.
